You’ve heard of practice makes perfect. Well here, we’re going to focus on practice makes progress. The word itself may make you think of a meditation practice, sports practice, or even practicing your craft, though one thing is similar with all: consistency. Carving out time in your day to intentionally show up for self-love, because we all know what it’s like to know it’s good for us to meditate, though it doesn’t do a whole lot to think about meditating. We must learn to show up for ourselves, because that is where the real magic starts to happen.

About Cait
I am a coach, a creative and imperfect human who’s spent the last six years learning what self-love actually means, not just in theory but in practice.
Through training, therapy, and too many late-night deep dives to count, I’ve studied everything from attachment and somatics to ritual and nervous system repair. But honestly, some of my biggest lessons came from doing it “wrong”; overgiving, outsourcing my worth, and trying to be everything for everyone.
So I’m not here to offer perfection. I’m here to offer practices that help you build self-trust, hold your boundaries, and find your way back to yourself again and again. We may be in different places on the path, but the magic is in walking it side by side.
